Hello, my name is Christopher Tokalon and welcome to this website. On these pages you can find out what's available from me in the way of performance, entertainment, sound therapy, recorded music, interactive music facilitation and the Marvelous Mouth one man show stuff. You can choose anything from lighthearted comedy with a deeper meaning, beautiful live music or sound therapy for a lighthearted result! Outlined are some simple principles of sound therapy - the concept that sound can be used as a tool for creating release, fun and transformation. Distress and imbalance caused by emotional traumas, stressful thought patterns, can be alleviated through music and sound, thereby restoring calmness and balance in our being. Recipients of sound therapy at workshops and audiences at performances and shows are exposed to a range of particularly uplifting and/or soothing music. It’s all completely live, and has the effect of a cellular massage. Literally a “tune up” for body, mind and spirit. The information gathered here comes from my own personal journey, of some 30 years of professionalism as a musician and sound therapist.

SOUND OPTIONS' FROM 'SOUND MAN
Don't Tune Me, I'll Tune You - by the Marvelous Mouth ?A wacky, amazing, funny one-man show, where you get to see/hear my abilities to imitate drums, mouth trumpet, animals, other people and myself! Real sax, flute and hang thrown in. All woven live before your eyes into a backing band, with me using a loop pedal. A one-man beat box vocal orchestra thing. Comedy suitable for any occasion.
Live Music for any Occasion
African, Jazz, Middle Eastern and World Music ensembles and solo sax for your functions and celebrations. I have 25 years of experience as a saxophonist and flautist in original bands and staged productions providing lively entertainment or soothing background music for weddings, birthdays and other special events.
CD's and Recording Sessions
Co-production and recording sessions on various projects, include two CDs of jazz and world music by The Jazz Hounds, three CDs of therapeutic meditation music. Lots and lots of session work on other peoples CDs, TV adds and radio jingles. I also do voice over work with various accents or playing different characters in children’s stories.
Music Playshops and Facilitation
Sound and voice are tools for creating transformation and community building while having fun, as well as a means for self-expression and enhancing teamwork skills. Through interactive music facilitation I can improve communication skills and build better relationships in organizations and children's groups. I have worked extensively in the corporate arena solo, or with Drum Café, at schools and at orphanages.

Sound Therapy and Sound Journeys
This is for a release of stress and trauma as you receive a sound bath and go on a holiday from your busy mind. Lie back, close your eyes and allow me to take you on a soothing and uplifting journey with live sounds. You will receive a massage on a cellular level, to leave you feeling calm and energized, ready to renew life’s journey. I use song, flute, Tibetan bowls, wave basket and rainstick to weave a tapestry of harmony through your being. Group sessions and one-on-ones are available.
Voice-overs and Overtone Singing
Able to imitate many instruments, accents, sounds and people, I do voice-over work for advertisements, radio and kiddies' programmes. I've also mastered the art of overtone singing (the ability to sing two or more notes simultaneously and sound like a Tibetan Choir) and am available to give lessons.

Combining skills as a voice artist, musician and comedian with an ability to imitate sounds and accents – listen to these ringtones and you can download free the ones that you like.
